TRANSFER AGREEMENT - RECEIVER

 This is an agreement between the :

 *Receiver CEVA A/C:
 and the *Sender:  *Sender CEVA A/C:

The Receiver HEREBY accepts the transfer of CEVA Pallecon Hire Equipment from the Sender. The current Service Agreement of both, the Sender and Receiver, with CEVA Pallecon, including all the terms and conditions, therein, shall bind both parties.
